**Store Credit Requests:**
- Must be made within 4 days (Day 1 is the day you receive it).
- Store credit will be 100% of the original purchase price (excluding original shipping, coupons, and sales).
- A store credit code will be emailed for future use; store credit does not expire. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

**Refund Requests:**
