What is your return policy?

Please note: Final sale items are non-returnable as it is final sale.

Returns

You can return your wig or topper within 4 days of receiving it- Day 1 is the day it’s received. The buyer pays for return shipping. It must not have been cut, colored, or altered.  If your return is not postmarked by day 4 of receiving it, it will be returned to you. 

Requests for Store Credit

Within 4 days, (day 1 is the day you receive it) requests for store credit will be honored in the form of a store credit code to be used on a future purchase. The store credit amount will be 100% of the original purchase price ( minus original shipping, coupons, sales, etc).  You will receive a code via email to be used at checkout on a future purchase. Store credit does not expire. Shipping will not be refunded. 

Requests for Refunds

Requests for Refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Please note- If you do not specify (to me)which you would prefer, refund, or exchange code, you will automatically be issued a credit code once we receive your piece.

For orders not yet shipped-

Please note- If you wish to cancel an order that had been placed, $200 is not refundable. Unfortunately I am not refunded any processing fees no matter if it’s been a minute or a few hours since you placed your order.
